Description
Maximum of 10 tickets per order. Tickets must be purchased according to eligibility.
Admission is valid only on the date selected at the time of purchase.
Opening Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Closed on Wednesdays and Lunar New Year's Eve)
Visitors eligible for free admission (children under 7, individuals with disabilities, and tour guides) must present valid identification for verification at the entrance.

Instruction
1. After a successful purchase, you can view your electronic tickets (QR code) by logging into your account and navigating to "My Orders."2. During the exhibition period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026, please use your electronic ticket (QR code) to scan and enter the museum at the permanent exhibition entrance on the first floor of the Chimei Museum in Tainan. No physical ticket exchange is required.
3.If you did not purchase a full-price ticket, you must have the necessary identification ready for staff verification before entry.
Precaution
1. If you did not purchase a full-price ticket, please present your relevant identification for verification by staff at the ticket check before entering the museum. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you must purchase a new ticket at the on-site ticket counter. Please note that on-site ticket sales for a specific time slot are subject to availability.2. An official re-entry stamp is available at the exit. You may use this stamp along with your ticket stub for multiple entries on the same day.

Refund Policy
1. Electronic tickets purchased on this website are non-refundable once they have been redeemed.2. The refund system is available only for unused, unexpired orders and is subject to a 10% processing fee.
3. Refund Application Instructions
a. If your ticket is still within its validity period and you need to apply for a refund, please follow these steps:
i. Go to the Chimei Museum ticketing website.
ii. Log in and navigate to "Member Center." If you placed an order without logging in, click "Guest Orders."
iii.Go to the "My Orders" page.
iv.Find the order for which you want a refund.
v. Click the "Request Refund" button to submit your application.
vi.After receiving your refund request, this website will manually review it within approximately 7 business days. Upon approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The actual date the funds appear in your account will depend on your bank's processing time. If you need to confirm the refund status urgently, please contact your card-issuing bank.
b. If your unexpired ticket cannot be processed through the online refund system, please call our refund customer service line at 03-5910052 before the end of the exhibition period.
4. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain), if the museum announces a closure on its official website, tickets for that day will be eligible for a full refund without a processing fee. For any other matters not covered here, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
